TasksPosition Overview
We are looking for reliable, service-oriented individuals to join our remote customer support team. This is a 1099 contract role where you will support inbound customer calls for national service platforms. No prior experience is required — paid training stipend is provided.
Top performers may become eligible for internal advancement opportunities and future placement on Direct Client accounts
, where advanced tools (including AI and automation systems) are used.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer service calls with professionalism and clarity
- Assist with account questions, service updates, and general support
- Follow client scripts and tools for each interaction
- Maintain reliability and excellent attendance
- Communicate with the Cam Talk team through Slack when needed
- Complete required training modules in the Workforce Hub

Compensation
$10–$14/hr depending on program
$15/hr for bilingual opportunities (Spanish/English)
