Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for a Czech Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Client's Home Security & Alarm Systems Department! In this crucial Junior role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our Czech-speaking customers, providing them with dedicated support and assistance regarding their home security systems. Your expertise and fluency in Czech will be instrumental in ensuring our clients feel secure and informed.
This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer service and have a keen interest in home security technology. You will make a significant impact by helping customers navigate and troubleshoot their security systems.
Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries in Czech via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with questions related to home security products, installation processes, and troubleshooting
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Provide guidance on best practices for maintaining home security systems
- Gather feedback from customers to enhance service quality
- Participate in training sessions to keep updated with the latest technology and product features
- Fluency in Czech and English, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in customer support, particularly in the technology or home security industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- A proactive approach to ensuring customer satisfaction
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with customer support tools and software is a plus
