Enrollment Specialist

• Proactively recruit prospects using phone, email, and chat to facilitate enrollment
• Assist families with the application process and provide updates on enrollment status
• Collect and coordinate post-enrollment data while identifying families needing additional support
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within the CRM
• Ensure customer satisfaction by anticipating needs and providing timely solutions

• Minimum 2 years of experience handling customer inquiries, preferably in a remote setting
• High School Diploma or equivalent; strong customer service and sales background required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM systems;
  Salesforce preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Experience in admissions or consultative sales within the EdTech sector
• Familiarity with online student information systems
• Strong presentation skills and ability to tailor solutions to customer needs
