Insurance Service Professional II- REMOTE

Job Overview

TEKsystems is hiring a group of Insurance Service Professionals to work for a client based in Howell, MI. This remote position requires office attendance once a quarter. The role offers robust career development with training, coaching, and mentorship.

• Licensed Personal Lines (PL) or Property & Casualty (P&C) Agent – must have
• 2+ years experience in Personal Lines or P&C, preferably in a call center
• Consultative approach
• Experience in both service and sales
• Technical abilities

As a member of the Customer Service Center team, you will work with independent insurance agents and their customers to create an outstanding service experience. Training will prepare you for success in the Personal Lines organization.

• Handle all calls and make appropriate decisions with minimal assistance
• Counsel, educate and provide accurate insurance advice through research and problem resolution, including complex decisions on coverages and rates across multiple states following underwriting guidelines
• Interpret and verify coverages and data

Hours:

40‑hour work shift between 7:00 AM to 9:30 PM EST Monday‑Friday and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Team members work scheduled shifts Monday‑Friday and a rotating Saturday.

Pay:
Starting $22‑25 per hour based on experience, conversion salary of $55 K.
