What You’ll Do:
- Take inbound and outbound calls to process donations
- Deliver exceptional customer service to donors
- Accurately enter donor info into the database
- Follow up with donors to ensure satisfaction
What You Need:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months remote OR 1 year in-office experience
- Reliable internet + quiet workspace
- Strong communication and basic computer skills
Technology Requirements:
Windows 11 ONLY – No Chromebooks or Apple
16 GB RAM computer is preferred
Dual monitors _(optional during application)
Noise-canceling USB headset _(optional during application)
Hardwired internet connection (optional during application)
