A technology support firm is seeking experienced candidates for a call center position in Tysons Corner, VA. This fully remote role requires excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail to provide comprehensive customer service for the Student Exchange and Visitor Program. Candidates should possess a high school diploma, with a preference for Bachelor's degrees, and have at least five years of relevant experience in a help desk environment.
