About the RoleLINQ Nutrition Customer Support Specialist – Key member of customer support, providing professional support to LINQ Nutrition customers. You will collaborate across the organization to deliver a great customer experience resolving customer issues.
What You’ll Be Doing- Customer Support – Provide exceptional service, build rapport, and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
- Problem Solving – Act as a consultant on all nutrition software products; troubleshoot and resolve issues via calls, emails, and chat; document solutions in Salesforce.
- Training Documentation – Create training materials for customers and internal use.
- Product Documentation – Log enhancement requests and defects; create Salesforce tickets for each interaction.
- Self‑Development – Increase comprehensive working knowledge of LINQ Nutrition product lines through available training resources.
- Discretion and independent judgement skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Solid computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Product Suites
- Software support or technical support experience (SaaS environment)
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a team orientation
- Passion for effective problem‑solving in a customer support role

- Commitment to meet schedules and deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
