[CSR / Remote] - Work from Anywhere in U.S. / $15-$18 per hour + monthly bonus / 401k with Company Match / Paid Vacation / Health Insurance (Available Immediately) - As a Call Center Representative at 160 Driving Academy, you will:
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries manage a high volume of customer calls with professionalism and efficiency;
Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding driving programs and services;
Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars;
Maintain customer records and update information as needed;
Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely and respectful manner;
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with services provided.
