• Serve as the first point of contact for escalated customer calls and assist frontline teams
• Handle first-level escalations and provide guidance to resolve customer issues
• Monitor and respond to social media inquiries and customer emails
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve internal problem orders and customer issues
• Identify trends or gaps in training and communicate needs to supervisors

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an inbound call center environment, including sales or service
• At least 6 months of experience using a CRM system
• 6+ months of experience managing escalated situations
• Ability to follow attendance guidelines to meet business needs
• Willingness to travel as business needs dictate

• Experience in resolving escalated customer issues and problem resolution
• Understanding of the telecommunications and/or cable industry
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• High-level sales support skills
• Flexibility to work 1st/2nd shift hours and overtime as needed
