• Conduct 500+ outbound calls daily to schedule qualified appointments with company‑provided leads
• Maintain clear communication with consultants and clients to ensure accurate representation of the employer
• Collaborate with team members in a performance‑driven culture focused on individual growth and accountability
• Participate in periodic in‑office meetings as required
• Utilize Ring Central and other technology to efficiently manage high‑volume call environments

• Minimum of 7+ years of phone and/or direct sales experience
• Proven cold‑calling and appointment‑setting experience
• Full proficiency with Ring Central
• Prior remote work experience
• Must have up‑to‑date computer and software, including required equipment (laptop/desktop, cellphone, dual monitors)

• Experience in a high‑volume call environment
• Strong commitment to long‑term career growth and development
