• Process and complete incoming general supply order requests accurately and timely
• Communicate with clients via phone, fax, and email to address inquiries and provide support
• Research and resolve order-related issues to maintain client satisfaction
• Maintain electronic logs and documentation related to client interactions and orders
• Collaborate with internal departments to expedite workflow and resolve issues

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of sales or customer service experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing

• Experience in a laboratory or toxicology setting
• Familiarity with order processing systems and workflows
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
• Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
