V E Vacations 808 is looking for a Travel Client Representative to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers have a seamless and memorable experience from start to finish. This commission-based 1099 opportunity offers unlimited earning potential monthly!

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Assisting customers with booking travel arrangements
• Handling customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions
• Processing payments and refunds
• Updating customer records and information in the database
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

• Must be 18 yrs or older
• Full training provided (No experience necessary)
• Must have a smartphone or computer with reliable internet connection
• Must enjoy helping people
• Must be coachable & trainable
• Positive Attitude is an absolute must
• Must reside in these countries: USA, Antigua & Barbuda, Aruba, Australia, Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Bermuda, Bolivia, Cayman Islands, Colombia, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, France, Germany, Grenada, Italy, Mexico, Netherlands, Panama, Saint Kitts & Nevis, Saint Lucia, Spain, Trinidad & Tobago, United Kingdom.

• Previous experience in customer service or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Knowledge of the leisure, travel, and tourism industry is a plus
