** Problem Resolution:
** Investigate and resolve customer concerns promptly and efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.
** Product Knowledge:
** Maintain a thorough understanding of GEICO’s insurance products to effectively assist customers and identify opportunities for cross-selling or up-selling.  Licensing and continuing education at no cost to you. * Education:

** High School Diploma required, College Degree (2-4 year) preferred.

* Experience:

** Up to 3 years of prior relevant customer facing and/or service experience.
** Minimum Requirements
** High School Diploma (or equivalent) and minimum 2 years of customer facing work experience   
** Or
* * Associates Degree and minimum 1 year of customer facing work experience

Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 3 months of customer-facing experience

** A passion for providing outstanding customer service. Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize and multi-task, while navigating through multiple business applications. Computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
