This is a part-time, remote position based in St. Paul, MN, for a Vacation Rental Reservation Specialist. In this role, you will manage reservation bookings using through Track PMS and use dynamic pricing tools such as Wheelhouse and Key Data. You will also communicate with guests and travel agents, deliver exceptional customer service, and support the sales process throughout the booking journey.
Key responsibilities include helping guests and travel agents identify the ideal vacation rental, coordinating and confirming reservations between our guests and concierge, responding to inquiries, and ensuring a seamless, stress-free booking experience.
The position is expected to be 15–20 hours per week, with the potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance and business needs. Compensation will be competitive and variable depending on experience.
Qualifications- Experience in Reservations and Sales within Track PMS, with the ability to handle booking systems and close deals effectively.
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients and team members professionally.
- Proven Customer Service skills with a focus on delivering timely and exceptional client experiences.
- Familiarity with the hospitality or vacation rental industry.
- Attention to detail, organizational abilities, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using reservation management software and dynamic pricing tools such as Wheelhouse and Key Data.
