Overview

Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for a Spanish Speaking Customer Support Representative in our Online iGaming Department! In this engaging role, you will provide exceptional support to our Spanish-speaking clients involved in online gaming. You will assist them with inquiries related to their accounts, gaming experiences, and promotional offerings, ensuring they have a seamless and enjoyable experience. This position is tailored for individuals who are enthusiastic about the iGaming industry and are passionate about delivering top-notch customer service.

You will work closely with a dynamic team, responding to client needs and troubleshooting any issues that arise. If you possess excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset, we invite you to apply!

Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries in Spanish through phone, email, and live chat
  • Provide support for account-related questions, gaming rules, and technical issues
  • Document all client interactions and resolutions in our support systems
  • Collaborate with the iGaming marketing team to communicate promotions and campaigns
  • Assist in resolving disputes and escalating issues as necessary
  • Stay up-to-date on gaming regulations and company policies
  • Contribute to enhancing client satisfaction and loyalty through excellent service
Qualifications
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal
  • Experience in customer support, ideally within the iGaming or online gaming industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive approach to customer inquiries and challenges
  • Familiarity with iGaming platforms and regulations is a significant advantage
