Billing Specialist II

• Answer inbound inquiries via phone and email from clients regarding billing issues
• Review and explain clients' contract terms, invoicing, and accounts receivable balances
• Document client interactions clearly and concisely in Salesforce
• Collaborate with the Finance Team and other internal teams to resolve client inquiries
• Maintain a calm demeanor and communicate effectively in high‑pressure situations

• High School Diploma/GED and 3 years’ experience in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to multitask and make sound decisions in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to remain composed in high‑pressure situations

• Experience with Salesforce, SAP, or Oracle RMB
• Familiarity with Genesys Cloud and High Radius
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Experience in the Auto Retailing industry
