In this role, you will support users with their inquiries regarding our online search engine products and services, ensuring they have a seamless experience. Your dedication to providing top-notch support will be instrumental in helping our clients navigate the digital landscape effectively.
Responsibilities- Handle customer inquiries in Norwegian via phone, email, and chat
- Provide assistance regarding our online search engine functionalities and services
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
- Work collaboratively with other teams to resolve complex inquiries
- Guide customers in optimizing their use of our search engine
- Collect customer feedback to inform service improvements
- Engage in training programs to stay updated on product offerings
- Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and verbal
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is advantageous
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- A proactive and positive approach to customer engagement
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Open to learning and adapting in a rapidly changing digital environment
