• Manage onboarding processes by handling key mailboxes and collaborating with internal and external customers
• Investigate billing discrepancies, process adjustments, and manage invoicing and collections
• Build customer accounts in Salesforce, D365, EQAI, and AESOP, ensuring accurate account setup
• Provide ongoing support during audits and maintain customer account information
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for software updates and enhancements

• 2-4 years of data entry experience, with a typing speed of at least 35 words per minute
• Knowledge of basic accounting processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Docu Sign, and PDF writer
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Commitment to exceptional customer service and active listening abilities

• Customer service experience in billing or hazardous waste roles
• Familiarity with D365, EQAI, and Salesforce platforms
• High School Diploma or equivalent education
