Overview
MODdisplays, located in downtown Harrisonburg, VA, has an immediate opening for a full-time Account Management Representative. (Interviews starting the first or second week of January)
Work in the exciting, fast-paced field of event marketing by helping a wide range of brands, from small businesses to some of the largest companies in the world, select, produce, and deliver high-quality event displays. While we work hard, we don’t take ourselves too seriously. We’re a close-knit team that enjoys having fun and being the best at what we do.
This position will begin as an in-office role, with the potential to transition to a hybrid or fully remote schedule within the first year. Immediate remote work may be considered for an exceptional candidate if needed.
The ideal candidate is outgoing, enthusiastic, comfortable communicating with clients by phone, email, chat, and video chat and thrives in a deadline-driven environment. Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
New hire training will last up to one month and will be completed in person at the MODdisplays office with the management team.

- Support new and existing clients by answering product and service questions and processing orders via phone, email, chat, and video chat (no cold calling).
- Coordinate order fulfillment by collaborating with internal teams, graphic designers, and vendors to manage production, shipping, and trade show deadlines.
- Address customer questions or concerns related to orders and products, resolving issues directly or escalating as needed.
- Accurately enter, manage, and track jobs in our proprietary software.

- Ability to work remotely when applicable and meet virtually with MODdisplays teams regularly, and occasionally with clients
- Degree and/or industry experience is a plus but not required
- Starting salary of $40,000 per year
- Health, dental, and vision insurance paid in full by MODdisplays (effective after trial period)

- $500 Monthly Bonuses available
- Training completed in person at the MODdisplays office in downtown Harrisonburg
- Work will be in-office initially; hybrid or remote work may be available within the first year
