What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Engage in emotional conversations related to end-of-life care and quality-of-life assessments for pets
  • Provide exceptional customer service by positively interacting with pet families
  • Manage a high volume of customer service calls in a remote work environment
  • Gather and document pet medical information accurately while scheduling appointments
  • Meet productivity, quality, and performance standards consistently
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Experience working in high call volume, customer service, or call center environments
  • A wired Ethernet connection is required; satellite internet and 4G/5G hotspots are not supported
  • Ability to quickly learn custom software and programs like Gmail, Google Calendar, and Zoom
  • Previous experience in a work-from-home environment or with minimal peer interactions
  • High attention to detail and punctuality in meeting all performance requirements
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Previous experience in veterinary or animal care settings
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy and care
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
