Customer Care Associate - Remote (Stone Mountain, GA)
Profile: Customer Service Analysts / Contact Center / Call Center (Remote Job)
Duration: 18 months position (with benefits) with a 40hrs / week schedule ideally from Mon
- Fri.
- Hours of operation:
Mon - Fri 5:00am to 8:30pm MST (8 1/2 hour daily shift). - Pay: $11.10/hr.
- Laptop provided.
- Interview Process: 1 Telephonic / Video Interview.
- Handle basic customer support tasks using Microsoft Office to manage emails, set up online accounts, reset passwords, and perform routine computer-user tasks.
- Productivity Management: meet daily task handling through various forms and mediums of communication (written and/or verbal or phone); meet quality, productivity targets and defined timelines to ensure SLAs with no penalties for SLA misses; ensure accuracy in completed tasks; demonstrate analytical capabilities; adhere to established policies, procedures, and compliance to achieve satisfactory audit ratings.
- Specialized/Practical Knowledge: knowledge of ITES/BPO/KPO/Customer Service/Operations; computer literate and able to work with multiple programs and screens with the customer on the line; healthcare industry experience (fresher or up to 6 months); exposure to business domain is an added advantage; strong grasp of processes; team player with excellent verbal and written communication; working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and dual monitor setup;
willingness to work in a 24/7 environment and sign a service agreement as per company norms; ability to work in flexible schedules including holidays and weekends.
