Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Customer Advocate / Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, demonstrating professionalism and a welcoming demeanor. This position requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast‑paced environment.

- Independently manage all customer requests, covering orders, discrepancies, product inquiries, returns, and any exceptions throughout the order cycle, including physical inventory delivery.
- Work collaboratively with company channels (GSC, Pricing, SPA, A/R, Sales, and BUs) to ensure customer expectations are met.
- Maintain and cultivate relationships with regional customers and sales teams through effective communication.
- Collaborate with sales to develop efficient methods for resolving external customer issues.
- Monitor customer satisfaction through survey results and implement corrective action plans.
- Propose and implement independent solutions for customer issues, coordinating with internal teams for timely resolution.

- Compile, sort, and verify the accuracy of customer issues & data before entry.
- Act as an assistant to the HR Manager.
- Maintain logs of activities and completed work.
- Typing and data entry of confidential client and financial data.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
- Receive calls, texts & emails on behalf of the organization.
- Book appointments and flight reservations.
Ability to give feedback on various company services, product testing and participation in online focus groups.
