• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and friendly manner
• Assist clients with booking travel, making changes, and solving travel-related questions
• Share helpful information about destinations, services, and promotions
• Provide exceptional service that builds loyalty and excitement
• Work closely with travel vendors and internal teams to resolve client needs
• Keep accurate records and follow company guidelines

• Entry-level candidates welcome—no prior travel experience required
• Previous customer service, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus
• Strong communication skills and a helpful, can-do attitude
• Comfortable using computers and online booking tools
• Organized, proactive, and able to thrive in a remote work environment
• Passion for travel and a desire to help others see the world
• An entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to grow

• Experience with travel booking systems (a plus, not required)
• Knowledge of cruises, all-inclusive resorts, or European travel
• Bilingual (especially Spanish-speaking candidates)
