Daily Responsibilities- Handle inbound and outbound calls with members who have requested information
- Schedule and conduct virtual appointments
- Deliver clear, professional online presentations
- Assist members with applications and basic documentation
- Maintain accurate records and follow quality control procedures
- Use basic computer systems for data entry and communication
- Participate in optional leadership and professional development training
