We offer a comprehensive training program, and our next class begins February 6th, 2026.

As a Customer Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met with care and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with customers via phone to assist with inquiries and resolve issues.
• Provide accurate information regarding orders, billing, and other account management tasks.
• Demonstrate empathy and understanding in all customer interactions.
• Document customer interactions and follow up as necessary to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to improve customer experience.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Continuous learner mindset.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
