Position: Italian Speaking Customer Service for Financial Services Company in Greece

Mercier Consultancy Bulgaria is excited to announce a vacancy for an Italian Speaking Customer Service Agent for a leading Financial Services Company in Greece. In this pivotal role, you will support our Italian-speaking clients with their financial inquiries, ensuring they receive top-quality service and guidance on our various financial products and services. Your responsibilities will include responding to customer queries, providing information about services, and assisting clients with account management.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service in Italian for inquiries related to financial services.
  • Assist clients with account-related questions and provide information on products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer needs.
  • Stay informed about financial products, policies, and market trends to assist customers effectively.
  • Gather customer feedback to contribute to service improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, particularly in the financial services sector is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills centered on customer care.
  • Ability to multitask and manage various inquiries effectively.
  • Familiarity with customer service software or financial management tools is advantageous.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
