Position: French Speaking Customer Service for Financial Services Company in Greece

Mercier Consultancy Bulgaria is excited to offer a position for a French Speaking Customer Service Agent to join our team supporting a Financial Services Company in Greece. In this important role, you will be the primary point of contact for our French-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries related to financial products and services. Your responsibilities will include providing information about account services, helping with transaction queries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver top-tier customer service in French for inquiries related to financial services.
  • Assist clients with account information, transaction processing, and service-related inquiries.
  • Provide clear and accurate information about financial products and policies.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and courteously.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with financial advisors and other departments to meet client needs.
  • Stay updated on financial regulations and product offerings to better assist customers.
Qualifications
  • Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the financial services or banking sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Ability to manage multiple inquiries and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with customer service software or financial service platforms is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
