• As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the heartbeat of our client experience. You’ll:
• Make outgoing calls, emails, texts and chats from clients
• Educate customers about their coverage options and help them make informed decisions
• Resolve inquiries with empathy, efficiency, and professionalism
• Maintain accurate records and policy details
• Provide excellent service with a friendly attitude
