Position: TELEPHONE SALES REP - REMOTE

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Make outbound fundraising calls to solicit pledges for client projects
  • Follow provided and client-approved messaging on every call
  • Utilize appropriate fundraising call structures and transition phrases
  • Maintain project goals and efficiency metrics, including occupancy and shift adherence
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service and maintain professionalism during calls
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Must work full-time during the day from Monday to Friday, with every other Saturday required
  • Must reside in the continental United States
  • Must own a computer that meets system requirements, a USB headset, a web camera, and a wired internet connection
  • Must have a quiet and distraction-free workspace for professional interactions
  • Minimum of 1 year of outbound sales, outbound fundraising, or outbound collections experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • High school diploma and/or some college education is a plus
  • Experience in a performance-driven environment with daily goals
  • Strong communication skills with clear and engaging voice clarity and tone
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain emotional resilience during calls
  • Familiarity with data entry and managing donor information
