Position: TELEPHONE SALES REP - REMOTE

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Make outbound fundraising calls to solicit pledges for client projects
  • Follow provided messaging and utilize fundraising call structure during calls
  • Maintain project goals and efficiency metrics, including occupancy ratio and shift adherence
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to donor inquiries effectively
  • Accept coaching and maintain a professional demeanor during interactions
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Must work full-time day shift Monday to Friday, with possible additional shifts during peak seasons
  • Must reside in the continental United States
  • Must own a computer, USB headset, web camera, and wired internet connection
  • Must have a quiet, distraction-free workspace for professional interactions
  • Minimum of 1 year of outbound sales, fundraising, or collections experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • High school diploma or some college education is a plus
  • Strong communication skills with clear verbal articulation and active listening abilities
  • Experience in a performance-driven environment with daily goals
  • Familiarity with basic computer skills for data entry and donor management
  • Emotional resilience to handle challenges and maintain a positive attitude
