Position: Collections Agent (Remote)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Contact and negotiate with customers to collect payment on overdue loans and other payments

Execute strategies for collection processes, including negotiating payment plans

Initiate and handle both inbound and outbound calls for debt collection

Maintain effective communication skills through telephone, email, chat, and text

Adhere to corporate policies, including the Code of Ethics and Information Security Policies

What is Required (Qualifications):

High School Diploma or GED

Minimum of one year of call center or customer service experience

Three years of collections experience at a high-volume call center preferred

Strong critical thinking, negotiating, and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Bilingual in Spanish

Background in a fast-paced work environment

Experience in customer relationship management
