A leading document handling provider is seeking a part-time, remote Service Support Representative to assist with Tier 1 customer calls. The role entails answering customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring excellent service. Candidates should have a High School Diploma and must possess reliable internet and communication skills. Experience in a call center is advantageous. This position offers flexibility with up to 29 hours per week at $20 per hour, but is not eligible for medical benefits.
