We are seeking a customer‑focused and detail‑oriented Customer Care Specialist to cover our weekend shifts. This role will champion the customer experience across our digital products, ensuring that every interaction reflects our mission:

As the sole point of contact for Italian and Spanish speaking customers, you will provide exceptional support and ensure their needs are met efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver personalised solutions on all channels.
- Provide prompt and professional support, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless end‑to‑end customer experience.
- Advocate for customer feedback and communicate insights to relevant teams.
- Offer information on coverage and pricing to prospective customers.
- Provide feedback to management on tool efficiency, new customer needs, and opportunities to enhance the website/App.
- Liaise with other departments and provide operational support.
- Support claims: collect information, open claims with the insurance company, follow up, and resolve claim disputes.
- Native‑level Italian language skills and fluent Spanish.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position (remote customer care in travel or insurance).
- Ability to multitask across email, chat, and voice channels.
- Effective verbal and non‑verbal communication skills.
- Friendly, helpful attitude with a willingness to assist others.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Critical analysis and problem‑solving skills.
Full Time – 37.5‑hour work week from Friday to Tuesday (Wednesday and Thursday are days off). Schedule can be semi‑flexible; a minimum of Friday to Monday is required.
100% Remote (office available near Torre Agbar, Barcelona, for those who wish to work on site).
Only Spanish residents with the legal documentation to work in Spain will be considered.
