- Conduct outreach to prospective clients leveraging multiple channels, including cold calling, emailing, and social media platforms, to drive engagement and attendance.
- Identify, pitch, and secure opportunities for events while supporting efforts to attract a qualified audience.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client communications, and updates in the CRM database.
- Manage client inquiries and resolve customer service issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to support retention and identify new business opportunities.
- Demonstrate professionalism and a client-focused mindset throughout all stages of the registration process.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights, optimize client engagement efforts, and drive collective results.
- Participate in regular team meetings to provide updates, exchange feedback, and contribute to ongoing process improvements.
- College degree is preferred.
- Advanced English skills in speaking and writing are required.
- Professional and engaging communication skills, with the confidence and ability to effectively pitch C-Level Executives and high-level decision makers.
- Competitive personality, a drive to exceed expectations, and outperform peers.
- Ability to rapidly develop competent knowledge on diverse topics.
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a creative, resourceful, and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving and client engagement.
