Customer Experience and Sales Representative (Part-time). This position is part-time with hours from 10:00 am to 4:30 pm, based in our office in Brighton. We are a small, family-owned and veteran-owned company seeking someone local to Brighton and the surrounding areas. As a Part-time Customer Experience and Sales Representative, you are a key member of the team and represent Mr. Handyman on customer calls. You are responsible for handling service requests and customer feedback, showing respect and courtesy to all customers and employees, and coordinating service.

You are self-motivated, energetic, and enjoy helping people. You are driven to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction and can effectively manage a variety of day-to-day situations.

Position is in our office in Brighton

• Receive incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Return customer calls, respond to customer complaints, and resolve issues
• Schedule services and dispatch technicians
• Perform marketing functions to sell additional work and earn business
• Perform administrative functions including data entry, payment processing, and supply inventory
• Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions

• WORK WILL BE IN OUR OFFICE IN BRIGHTON; REMOTE POSITIONS NOT AVAILABLE*
• Home improvement industry experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Computer literate, with working knowledge of word processing, business software and spreadsheet applications
• Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills
• Team player who can work independently

Compensation: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
