$30,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr

• Assist clients in planning and booking customized vacation packages (flights, cruises, accommodations, tours, and more)
• Research destinations, resorts, and experiences to match client preferences and budgets
• Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after each trip
• Stay current on travel trends, supplier offers, and destination updates
• Utilize approved booking tools and partner systems to manage reservations
• Communicate effectively via phone, email, and virtual meetings
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely follow-up on all bookings

• Previous experience in travel, hospitality, or customer service preferred (but not required)
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
• Proficient with computers and online systems (CRM or booking platforms a plus)
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team
