• Help customers and restaurant partners via calls, chats and tickets
• Handle questions about orders, deliveries, refunds and platform usage
• Provide calm, friendly and solution‑oriented support
• Use templates and guidelines to ensure quality
• Escalate sensitive cases when needed
• Jump in on occasional ad‑hoc tasks

• Fluency in Finnish
• Good English skills
• Confidence with computers + ability to multitask
• Strong written communication
• Customer service experience is a bonus but not required
• A positive attitude — and ideally, a desire to move somewhere sunny
