• Handle inbound sales and service calls, focusing on enhancing customer experience without cold calling
• Provide thoughtful advice to customers regarding contact lens purchases

• Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently to ensure a positive experience

• Minimum of 2-3 years of customer service experience
• Previous inbound sales and contact center experience is a plus
• A reliable internet connection with specified speeds
• Computer literacy with the ability to type at least 40 words per minute
• Must reside in approved states:
  North Carolina, Texas, or Utah

• Goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive to meet and exceed performance metrics
• Friendly and engaging personality to connect with customers effectively
• A private, dedicated workspace that ensures confidentiality and minimizes interruptions
