We are a premium eyewear brand, founded in 2019 in Brooklyn. We represent top brands on marketplaces across the US and Europe.
We are currently looking for an Order Processing Assistant to help us maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
- Remote work with a flexible schedule
- Work schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8 hours/day - Stable salary: from $700/month
- Paid vacation and sick leave
- Friendly team and support during onboarding
First month:
- Familiarize yourself with platforms and processes
- Work under the guidance of a mentor
- Start handling customer inquiries independently
- Take full responsibility for the order processing cycle
- Build strong communication with customers
- Suggest initiatives to improve the customer experience
