Responsibilities- Reach out to existing clients regularly and answer questions about their coverage.
- Resolve problems and help clients check rates if they receive an increase.
- Ask for referrals and assess needs for additional policies such as dental or final expense.
- Maintain a cheerful and friendly demeanor during long hours on the phone.
- Work overtime and some Saturdays during Medicare open enrollment.
- Required:
2‑3 years of office or customer service experience with strong phone voice and conversational skills. - Stable job history demonstrating commitment and longevity.
- Must work in‑office, Monday‑Thursday 8:45 am‑5:30 pm;
Friday 8:45 am‑4:30 pm. - Personal integrity and dedication to do what’s right for each client.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: typing, internet navigation, email.
- Experience with Salesforce database is a plus but not required.
- Clear criminal background and credit history; willing to study for and pass the insurance licensing exam (training will be provided).
- Ability to stay cheerful and friendly during long phone shifts.
- Willing to ask clients about dental insurance and earn bonuses for referrals.
- Ready to work standard business hours (Monday‑Friday) in Fort Worth.
- Base hourly wage: $23/hour.
