Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients with researching and booking cruise vacations

Provide detailed information about cruise lines, itineraries, pricing, and onboard amenities

Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, or online messaging

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and booking details

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth reservation processes and client satisfaction

Requirements:
