Remote Licensed Insurance Customer Service - Spanish

• Maintain records of customer interactions and process customer accounts

• Must be Spanish speaking
• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a State Farm agent office
• Spanish fluency is mandatory
• Ability to maintain a flexible schedule

• Previous experience in a customer service role within the insurance industry
• Familiarity with ECRM systems
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to engage customers proactively
