• Must be at least 18 years old and reside in specific states (Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, or Wisconsin)
• High level of computer knowledge, including proficiency in navigating various systems
• Availability for mandatory training shifts (1st, 2nd, or weekend shifts)
• Access to a PC or laptop that meets specified technical requirements
• Reliable high-speed internet connection with a wired setup

• Experience in a customer service role, particularly in a contact center environment
• Familiarity with using function keys and managing multiple applications simultaneously
• Previous experience working remotely and managing time effectively
• Ownership of a wired USB headset and webcam for optimal communication
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
