Position: Work From Home - Customer Service Rep - PM Shifts Needed!!

Job Overview

Join one of the world’s largest hotel call centers in Arizona for a permanent work-from-home opportunity. The role is located in the Greater Phoenix area; candidates must reside in Phoenix, AZ or the surrounding region.

Celebrating 75 years of hospitality, the client operates a global network of hotels in over 100 countries and territories, offering accommodations for all travelers.

Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls from prospective guests and travel agents.
  • Assist with booking new reservations or updating prior requests.
  • Handle all general questions or inquiries.
Equipment

All equipment is provided by the client. Applicants need only a high-speed internet connection; the client provides $50 monthly toward internet costs.

Compensation

$17.00 per hour, with an increased rate of $18.70 for hours after 6 pm. Employees can earn an additional $200–$400 per month by meeting performance goals.

Shift

Must be able to work any 8‑hour shift, Monday through Sunday, within one of the listed shift ranges. Weekend availability is required. One available PM shift is 12:30 pm – 12:00 am.
