• Receive and document customer concerns, ensuring all relevant information is processed accurately and timely
• Adhere to company procedures for handling customer inquiries
• Input accurate trip data into company systems
• Refer unresolved customer issues to the appropriate department for further resolution
• Educate members on available services and their insurance coverage

• High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
• 0-2 years of related experience, with at least 6 months in a contact center or customer service role
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to type at least 35 words per minute
• Capability to handle a high volume of calls, up to 100+ per day

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with sound decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to talk and type simultaneously while interacting with customers
