• Contact and negotiate with customers to collect payment on overdue or defaulted loans
• Execute strategies for collection processes, including negotiating payment plans
• Initiate and handle both inbound and outbound calls for debt collection
• Achieve set revenue targets and call quality objectives
• Adhere to corporate policies and enforce ethical standards

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of one year of call center or customer service experience
• Three years of collections experience in a high-volume call center
• Bilingual in Spanish
• Strong critical thinking, negotiating, and problem-solving skills

• Experience in a fast-paced work environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish
• Ability to adapt and be flexible to changing environments
• Proven ability to develop and maintain business relationships
