• Experience in customer service or related fields
• Familiarity with using function keys on a keyboard
• Recommended equipment includes a wired USB headset, webcam, and dual monitors
• Comfortable working in a remote environment with self‑motivation
• Previous experience in a seasonal or flexible job role
