About the RoleYou’ll support Dyson customers and help them get the most out of their products — from troubleshooting to guiding them through features and repairs. No need to be a tech genius from day one; you’ll get full training.
Your Daily Tasks Will Include:- Handling calls, messages and emails from Dyson users
- Helping with product questions, troubleshooting and usage tips
- Processing warranties, repairs, and replacements
- Recommending products based on customer needs
- Ensuring customers have a smooth, positive experience
- Collaborating with a professional, international team
Strong communication skills in Dutch and English
A detail-oriented and problem-solving mindset
Ability to stay calm when things don’t go as planned
Previous customer support experience is a plus, but not required
