Telephone Sales Rep - Remote

Employer Industry: Fundraising and Telemarketing Services

• Paid training for the first three weeks at $11 per hour or state minimum wage, whichever is higher
• Base wage of $16 per hour after training, with bonus potential of up to $20 per hour
• Retention bonus of $500 available after 7 weeks, based on performance

• Make outbound fundraising calls to solicit pledges for client projects
• Follow provided and client‑approved messaging on every call
• Utilize responsive listening to provide appropriate situational responses
• Meet and maintain project goals and efficiency metrics, including an 85% occupancy ratio
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor during calls

• Must work full‑time day shift Monday – Friday, with additional shifts during peak busy seasons
• Must reside in the continental United States
• Must own a computer, USB headset, web camera, and a wired internet connection
• Must have a quiet and distraction‑free workspace for professional interactions
• Minimum of 1 year of outbound sales, outbound fundraising, or outbound collections experience

• A high school diploma and/or some college education is a plus
• Strong communication skills with clear verbal articulation and active listening abilities
• Experience in a performance‑driven environment
