As a Branch Office Administrator, you’ll be a vital part of our team, providing seamless support to our clients. You’ll play a key role in supporting client accounts, facilitating communication, and ensuring a positive client experience. Support & TrainingWe’ll give you the support you need. Our team will be there every step of the way, providing:
- Comprehensive 6‑month training including an experienced peer to help mentor you
- A wide support network that extends from your branch office to your region to the home office
- Independent work with the backing of a team of thousands at every step
- Delivering exceptional personalized service to ensure clients feel understood and informed
- Taking an active role in the annual business planning process to assist in developing strategies for the upcoming year
- Actively listening for situations in the clients’ lives that may indicate a need for additional services
- Driving marketing activities such as planning and executing events

Hiring minimum: $21.38 per hour. Hiring maximum: $22.71 per hour. Opportunity for merit‑based salary increases and discretionary compensation based on performance.

- Client service:
Provide exceptional service via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in‑person interactions. Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an exceptional experience. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal team members. - Account management:
Handle account opening, transfers, and other requests. Process account transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records. - Administrative & operational support:
Work independently handling scheduling, client meeting materials, correspondence, marketing initiatives, streamline processes, update SOPs, and execute branch business plan. - Technology:
Strong computer literacy with willingness to learn new technology and programs such as Money Guide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other firm‑provided software.
